Sorry to be the bearer of negative news, but Tumblr announced a permanent ban on all adult content effective December 17.

"Explicit blogs will be allowed to remain on the service, but they’ll be heavily censored for all visitors." Since many fuzzy Tumblr sites are loaded with both naughty and nice pix, the impact on our online community is unclear. But members who enjoy content that's NSFW should pay those sites a visit now.
